Bitten by the building bug, Coe and his young family moved back to his hometown of Middleburg, VA, where he began building custom homes and small commercial buildings. Throughout the building boom in Loudoun, Fauquier, and Clarke Counties over the last 25 years, he developed a solid reputation as an ambitious newcomer and then a seasoned local builder.
